To ensure seamless preparations and personalized experiences, we kindly request reservations to be made a minimum of 30 days prior to your chosen departure date. This approach allows us to tailor every detail of your journey to perfection, heightening the excitement as you await your adventure. 

However, recognizing the spontaneity, we can consider a unique last-minute booking option available exclusively for our Nepal Tours and Treks. Here, we embrace the unexpected by offering the chance to secure your reservation right up until 24 hours before departure.

Documentation Requirement

To ensure a pleasant and hassle-free journey, booking a tour and travel experience around the world involves a number of documentation requirements. Here is a general list of documents you likely will require, while the particular requirements can change depending on your country, destination, and type of travel (tourist, business, etc.):

You can go through the online booking option here and choose your desired trip,fill up all your details accordingly and finally secure your trip with your favorable means of payment. You will receive an email of confirmation as soon as your payment is  completed.

  • An extra 4% charge will be applied in the case of credit cards.

Cancellation

Cancellation of Trips by Clients

You must notify us 30 days prior to the departure date or within the specific time frame allowed as a fix package in case of cancellation. All cancellations must be confirmed by you in a written letter, to be effective and the refund rates are based on the date we receive your cancellation notice. We have the right to compensate you if you are canceling your vacation for unavoidable reasons.

And, if you are willing to leave the trip in between for whatever reasons, you won't be entitled to any of the refunds by the organization. In the same scenario, customers are not entitled to get any kind of refund in case they do not use any of the services such as Sightseeing, Meals, or Accommodations.

Cancellation by the Company

The company reserves the right to cancel the tour/ trek made at any time before the departure for any foreseen reasons including, flight cancellation, weather conditions, natural disasters, consequences of strikes, or any government interventions.

The Company reserves all the right to make adjustments to the itinerary in case of emergencies beyond our control. Any necessary modifications to our itinerary will not deprive the traveler of the program features in any way.

No Show Charges

If a guest or passenger does not arrive on the expected date and time or is not present at the designated pick-up point for pick-up or transfer to the destination, the amount paid for the specific tour or package shall be forfeited/non-refundable.

Unutilized Service 

The Company does not bear any responsibility to refund for the unutilized services, transportation, accommodation or sightseeing tours included in the land arrangement package.

(We reserve the right to terminate or postpone any itinerary or bookings made and decline to refuse any guest or passenger as a member of the tour who acts neglected so as to endanger the health, and safety or impair the comfort and enjoyment of other guests or passengers on the tour. In this subject, the company will not issue any refund for the unused portion of the tour.)

Exclusion / Limitation Liability 

Abound Holidays shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, or damages incurred or suffered by guest or passenger arising from any of the following events:

  1. Industrial disputes of any kind, strikes, lock-outs, stoppage or restraint of labor,
  2. Traffic congestion, vehicle breakdown, obstruction of any public/private road, highway, sea or air passages,
  3. Any type of accident to the Customer’s independent activities,
  4. Robbery, theft, lost property/ luggage,
  5. Isolation as a result of infectious diseases or any condition likely to endanger the health or safety of tour members or impair their reasonable comfort,
  6. Any cancellation or alteration of the itinerary, hotel accommodation, or package services as a result of any of the unmentioned occasions or as a result of any decision/ act or omission of the Company’s principles, their agent and servants, or any of them,
  7. The Company shall not be responsible for death or injury to of person/ loss or damage to any property including personal baggage, whether due to them, or their guides or employees.

Medical Issues

Medical advice must be given to us (Abound Holidays) in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental conditions, which might require professional attention during the journey or might require the use of special equipment. If passengers do not disclose any such conditions, we reserve the right to refuse to allow passengers to take the trip and passengers might get the penalty of the trip cost; and in such cases, Abound Holidays shall have no liability, financial or otherwise. 

If a passenger is challenged, the passenger must bring and be responsible for all necessary items related to their own conditions. If any such condition arises after the trip is booked, medical advice must be given in writing immediately. 

Travelers for health and safety during the tour is The Organizer's first concern, but The Organizer is not a medical facility. Passengers should be in good health to participate in Group Tours. 

Abound Holidays will not be responsible for the costs of any medical treatment that passengers may require during the journey. Under no circumstances is Abound Holidays held responsible for the quality of medical care passengers may need while on the trip.

Claims 

All claims against any trip cancellations on Abound Holidays Pvt. Ltd must be made in writing within fourteen (14) days after the completion of the tour, failing which the company accepts no responsibility.
