Availability
  • The meeting point is at the Labuan Bajo 
  • Must arrive at the meeting point on Friday within 10 am, if the customer is late, then they must catch up with a taxi boat at their own expense,
  • The tour usually ends at around 11-12 pm, so for convenience book a flight after mid-day,
  • The itinerary depends on the weather,
  • Tips for the guide and the boat crew are appreciated.

RATES

  •  Infants are free of charge. We deem an infant to be under the age of two (2) years or 24 months old.
  • Kids (3 - 7 years old) are required to pay half of the price.
  •  Adults are required to pay full price.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENTS

  •  Down Payment of the trip can be paid:
  1. IDR 500.000 - 1.000.000/person for Open Trip based on boat type
  2. Minimum 30% of the total purchases for Private Trip
  • Invoice will be sent to your WhatsApp number or email address once the down payment has been successfully paid.
  • Final Payment should be paid maximum 3 days before the trip. If the final payment is not paid on or before the due date, we have the right to declare your booking as cancelled.
  • Non-refundable

RESCHEDULE

  •  Reschedule must be informed to us at maximum 14 days before the trip date
  •  If you reschedule your trip in less than 14 days before the trip date, your down payment won't be refunded and we have the right to declare your booking as cancelled.

CANCELLATION

  • Cancellations 14 days before, down payment will be forfeited. Cancellation maximum of 14 days before, 50% cancellation fee, and cancellation 7 days before, full payment.
  • We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to force majeure (bad weather, Covid-19 policy from the government), terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events that is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel your trip, you can reschedule your trip or alternatively receive a full refund.

  • The Manta Point is often considered worth visiting if you are interested in marine life and snorkeling or diving. Manta Point is famous for its populations of manta rays, and you can have the opportunity to snorkel or dive alongside these majestic creatures. 

    However, the experience can vary, as seeing mantas in the wild is not guaranteed. 

     

  • With a two-hour boat ride from Labuan Bajo, you can reach the Komodo island. There are a few options like a chartered boat or a private cruise that can easily escort you to the island.

     

  • March to October is usually considered an ideal time to visit Labuan Bajo and Komodo Island when the weather is sunny and the water is mostly clear and still.
