The trek itself was stunning, lush forest, picturesque village, and awe inspiring views of the Annapurna range. Reaching Base Camp and witnessing the sunrise over the peaks was once in a lifetime experience.

Scenic Tour

The Ghandruk Village Tour is the perfect combination of culture and Himalayan scenery, and Abound Holidays organised it flawlessly. The tour was short but rewarding, making it an excellent choice for travellers with limited time. The highlight was undoubtedly the village of Ghandruk itself, with the traditional Gurung culture, narrow alleys, and warm hospitality. The views of Annapurna South, Macchapuchre from the village were simply spectacular. The trek offered chances to walk through rhododendron forests and terraced farmlands, giving a true taste of rural Nepal.
